I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!  I posted yesterday with subject "HLEP".  I was worried about my baby only eating every 6 hours and you said I should call his Doc.  Well... I did call and they had me bring him in to ER.  His billiruben was up to 16 and this was making him very sleepy.  To sleepy to wake up and eat.  From not eating his blood sugar was low, and from his blood sugar being low his body temp. was low.  They admitid us back into the hospital and we will be here until tomorrow or Tuesday.  His billiruben has dropped to 15, his body temp is back to normal and so is his blood sugar.  He is eating every three hours now.  When he was born he was 6lbs 9oz when we went home he was 6lbs. 1oz. When we got to the ER last night he was 5lbs 15oz. They checked him today and he is back to 6lbs 2oz.

 Thank you so much for your advice.  My little man is doing much better and it was a good thing that I called!!!

I'm glad to hear that he's ok!  And I'm glad you were able to get with his doctor.  Not wanting to eat for 6 hours didn't sound right to me, and it seems my gut instinct was right.  The important thing is he got seen before he got really sick and is doing better.  I'm happy I could help!
